NEW! EU-LAC Joint Call in STI 2025
The EU-LAC Interest Group, an alliance of funding agencies from Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), EU Member States, and Associated Countries, proudly announces the launch of its 5th Multi-thematic Joint Call in Science, Technology and Innovation (STI).
Call opening date: 24 February 2025
Submission deadline: 22 May 2025 at 5:00 PM CEST
With this Joint Call, interested project consortia composed of partners from the countries listed below are invited to submit proposals. Participating funding agencies will provide funds and guidance through national/regional call contact points to assist national beneficiaries in collaborative projects. The selection of projects will be carried out jointly.
The duration of a project may not exceed 36 months.

1. Biodiversity including Agriculture and Food Security

4. EU-LAC Cooperation for Energy Transition
Participating funding agencies from: Argentina, Brazil (CNPq and CONFAP), Peru, Austria, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Spain (AEI), Türkiye.
5. EU-LAC Cooperation in Open Science
